Hargittay and Toth Law Office was founded in 2015. We both invested 10 years of practice, knowledge and experience in the firm. Szabolcs has significant experience on the fields of company law, business law, and real estate transactions. He is furthermore an experienced adviser in public procurement, representing both applicants and procurers. Zoltan is a business law professional, who started his legal career in Los Angeles, then following his return to Budapest he has been actively advising clients in international corporate law, tax planning and asset protection. Zoltan is a devoted supporter and adviser of innovative Hungarian startup enterprises.
